Extreme fatigue can damage the parts of the body that supply and distributes blood to the many parts of the body so ample rest is needed before such physical activity. Many people who work hard, tend to forget that their body is in constant need of repair, that they forgo rest. By doing hard labor while tired, you damage your blood vessels, the heart and even weakens the ability of the body to fight off infection. Low blood count can result from too much fatigue when the body cannot properly regenerate it’s blood components making one susceptible to disease and other health problems.
Sleep and rest allows the body to cope with extreme activities and the damage it does on our body. Not getting enough of it would result in the damage accumulating enough to cause permanent damage leading to diabetes, cancer and many other medical conditions.
