Fatigue is often detected from people ages 40-49 according to statistics from the Public Education survey. The study was sponsored by Prohealth in an attempt to diagnose what is really the current status of the ME/CFS situation all around the United States. The study is spearheaded by Lili Chu, MD. She said that the information they have gathered in the form of statistics is the missing point they have been looking for in research literature. According to the same study conducted, stress and anxiety is more common among middle class individuals because they tend to over exert themselves in unrealistic time patterns.

That’s what the statistics are showing, for adults who are suffering a severe form of fatigue that it leads to more health problems. The figures may be low, but for a working class family, having a member with the said disorder can be economically disastrous in today’s recession wrecked world. Teens are known for their pent-up energy and the nuisance a sudden release of such hidden traits pose. But little is known about sleep disorders for they are not always detected in hospitals when they do come to visit due to any of their antics. As it is, most teens with sleep disorders are not identified to have sleep disorders even in hospitals, due to the apparent lack of knowledge on how to detect such disorders. Determining the existence of some sleeping disorder is simply not on the minds of doctors and ER physicians which may give clues to the reasons behind many a grave injuries these energetic and young folks tend to get.

There might not be a physical link but the brain being tired form a long day’s work may be willing to throw in the towel at the gym even with activity that is not all that strenuous. The brain being the controlling organ of the human body holds the key to better understanding the ability of a tired mind to influence physically our ability to do physical activity.

Being social creatures of habit, we tend to unconsciously gauge the age and stress a person is going through using the face which is the main expression organs for human beings. The face has the ability to show emotion even with that person not knowing of it, meaning we show out emotions without meaning to in the most unconventional way.
