angry manAnger is the most negative and vicious emotion we have. When we are angry, we are hardly in control of ourselves. We lose grip of reason and as an end result, we become depressed and worn out.

When we are in stressful situations, we tend to get angry easily. And when we are angry, we are at the risk of doing things we later regret. To deal with this situation we should analyze the source of our stress so we can steer clear of it and thereby avoid being angry. It also helps if we don’t react too much to situation and try to keep our cool at all times no matter how impossibly difficult and annoying our state of affairs seem to be.
