Fatigue symptoms

a12.jpgHow would you know if you are already suffering from fatigue? Subjective indications of fatigue are unexplained weakness – especially if accompanied by fever or unintentional weight loss, lack of energy, tiredness, exhaustion, passing out or feeling as if you are going to pass out, palpitations (feeling your heart beating), dizziness, vertigo, shortness of  breath. Another evidence that you’re experiencing fatigue is when you wake up and fall back to sleep multiple times through the night. Suffering from constipation, insomnia, dry skin, weight gain, or intolerance to cold, feeling sad or depressed, are also signs of fatigue. Although there are variety of treatment- and disease-related factors may contribute to the development of fatigue, the biochemical, physiologic, psychologic, and behavioral mechanisms of this symptom complex are poorly understood.
