Here are a few signs of fatigue:
Do you feel weak, as if you are always lacking in energy?
Do you feel exhausted at the end of every day, or even when youve just waken up in the morning?
Does your heart beat faster and your breath shorter than usual even with little physical exertion?
Do you often feel light-headed as if you are going to pass out?
If you think you have all these symptoms, then you should see a doctor. Also, re-examine your lifestyle and see what causes unnecessary stress. You may perhaps need to change your diet or work practice. You may also want to be more active and exercise more.
Fatigue, Stress, Symptoms
One of the major causes of fatigue is unnecessary stress, and most especially in the workplace. You may find it unbelievable but you can sure shape your office environment into something that would be less stressful. Here is a couple of simple tips:
Prioritize work. Working on multiple tasks at the same time may not actually save time. Perhaps devoting yourself to one task at a time can be better and may mean less revision in the long run.
Try to schedule five minute exercises. There are many office work-outs available online. Choose one that would suit your capabilities and needs.
