Fatigue is not just physical exhaustion but mental tiredness too. Mental fatigue occurs when a person just can’t function well anymore and his productivity rate in the workplace drops at critical level. It gets evident in a worker when he starts getting giddy and irksome and talks like there is nothing good in his work and in this world anymore.

When a worker starts to experience fatigue in his workplace, he can relieve himself from this syndrome by talking it out with his employer. He can share and relate his feelings and day to day experiences in his work and the employer can then help him evaluate his condition. This way, both worker and employer can draw positive and helpful remedies so the worker may bounce back to his usual self and regain his capacity to work.
